Plans, billing and invoices
Plans and limits, the free trial, paying by card, UPI or bank transfer, and GST invoices.
Prices are in rupees and exclude 18% GST.

Yearly billing gives you two months free. Free counts members plus pending invitations toward its 10 users.
The free trial
Every new workspace gets 30 days of Delivery free, with no card. A note at the top of the app shows the days left. When the trial ends, choose a plan or stay on Free.
When you reach a limit
Nothing over a limit is deleted. You keep seeing and editing everything you have. Only new work over the limit is blocked, such as a fourth project on Free, with a message saying which plan allows it.
Choose or change a plan
Owners and admins open Settings › Billing.
Billing
- The top shows your plan, seats, renewal date and usage.
- Under Choose a plan, pick Yearly or Monthly, then the plan, and enter the number of users.
- Enter a coupon if you have one and choose Apply.
- Fill in Billing details below: your legal name, GSTIN (optional), state and address. They go on your invoices.
- Pay:
- Card, UPI or netbanking: choose Pay, and complete the payment in the Razorpay window.
- Bank transfer (NEFT or RTGS), on yearly plans: choose Get invoice. You get a proforma invoice with our bank details. Pay it from your bank; the plan starts when the payment arrives.
When you add seats or move to a bigger plan part-way through a period, you pay only for the days left. A smaller plan, fewer seats or a different billing interval starts at the next renewal.
GST invoices
Every payment gets a GST invoice in Invoices. Open one to print it or save it as a PDF.
- If your GSTIN is filled in, it's printed on the invoice.
- Tax is CGST and SGST when you're in the same state as us, and IGST otherwise.
- An unpaid bank transfer invoice is a proforma. It gets its final invoice number when paid.
Cancel
The owner can choose Cancel plan. Everything stays as it is until the end of the paid period; then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted. Changed your mind? Choose to keep the plan before the period ends.
Renewal invoices are sent a week before the period ends. If a renewal stays unpaid for 7 days after the period ends, the workspace moves to Free.
