Billing questions
How does the 30-day trial work?
Every new workspace gets 30 days of every Delivery feature, with no card needed. At the end you pick a plan or stay on Free. Nothing is deleted.
What are AI credits?
Ask AI, briefings and drafting use credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and top-up packs start at ₹999 for 1,000 credits.
Do you give GST invoices?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and it appears on every invoice.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, on yearly plans. We send an invoice and you pay by NEFT or RTGS.
What if we add people mid-year?
On per-user plans you pay for the extra seats for the rest of the term. On the Firm Pack, users above 50 cost ₹599 each a month.
Can we get help moving from Jira?
Migration and setup is ₹49,999 once: Jira import, Excel test case import, workflows and a 2-hour training. It's free with a yearly Firm Pack.
