AI credits
How AI use is counted, what each plan includes, and how to top up.
Every AI action uses credits, counted from the work the AI actually did. Typical costs are about 30 credits for a briefing, 15 for an Ask AI answer, 5 for matching import columns and 40 for drafting from a document.
What each plan includes

The monthly allowance resets on the 1st and doesn't carry over.
Top up
Owners and admins can buy packs in Settings › Billing › AI credits: 1,000 credits for ₹999, 5,000 for ₹4,499 or 20,000 for ₹15,999, plus GST. You get a GST invoice. Pack credits are used after the monthly allowance and last a year.
Controls
In the same section:
- AI features: an owner can turn AI off for the whole workspace. Nothing is deleted.
- Who can use AI: everyone, developers and up, or managers and admins only.
- Monday briefing email: on or off.
- Limit per person: the most credits one person can use in a month.
The section also shows how many credits each feature and each person used this month.
