Use case

Send clients proof of what was tested

Every release in NaatOps has a report: the stories that shipped, the test cases that ran and their results, and the API checks that passed. Share it as a read-only link and collect the client's sign-off in the same place.

Built from the work, not typed up

The report reads the release's stories, test runs and API runs as they are. Nobody stitches a spreadsheet together the night before.

UAT sign-off with a record

Ask the client to accept the release or request changes. Their decision, comment and time are kept with the release.

What a release report shows

Each report answers the questions clients ask after a release.

  • Which stories and fixes are in the release, and which are done
  • The test cases that cover them, with their latest result and the pass rate
  • The latest run of each linked API check
  • Your release notes, if you choose to show them

Questions

Does the client need an account to read the report?
No. The report is a read-only link. Clients need an account only to raise issues or sign off in the portal, and client accounts are free.
Which plan includes release reports?
Delivery and the Firm Pack. Team and Delivery start with a 30-day trial that includes them.
Can we stop sharing a report?
Yes. Turn the link off at any time and it stops working.
